Hello, my name is Natasha Mordas, I first got my real estate license in 2015. Immediately, after that I started working for national new home builders such as Lennar, Woodside, Beazer, KB, and many local builders by hosting their communities and holding open houses for several years.

Buying a home for yourself or as an investment in the capitol of the Golden State - Sacramento has its economical advantages. People are moving here for jobs and more affordable housing compare to the Southern California. Also, Sacramento Region is one of the fastest growing cities in the USA.

The Golden Capitol is a close proximity to one of the best of California such as Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Big Trees, San Francisco Bay Area and the Pacific Ocean.
